Heating system monthly pricing (GAS ONLY):
- Boiler- $28 per month
- Furnace- $28 per month
Cooling systems monthly pricing:
- Air Handler and Condenser- $28 per month
- AC Coil and Condenser – $28 per month
Heat pump systems monthly pricing (Once a year. Double if they would like twice a year):
- Electric Heat Pump Systems- $40 per month (does not include ductless systems)
- Ductless Systems- $22 per condenser & $4 per indoor unit. (Each system must have a minimum of one condenser and one indoor unit)

What Comfort Club Members Receive
LePrevost Comfort Club members will receive a yearly clean and service on the agreed upon equipment. A LePrevost employee will contact the homeowner for scheduling when spring and fall seasons are approaching. Comfort club members trip charge will be waved if there is another HVAC situation in the home that needs to be addressed with our flat rate pricing. If parts are recommended to be replaced during our comfort club visit, and the home owner chooses to address the issue, the home owner will be quoted a simple diagnosis or advanced diagnosis fee along with the part price to be changed.
Comfort club members will receive 15 percent off all material that is needed during our comfort club maintenance or another HVAC service call.
